Please can you elaborate on what you mean by " Send as on a mailbox store". What exactly is your goal?

Basically i am testing my application to export messages to and from user mailboxes of Exchange server 2007. On starting application, it is generating error message that "Admin user dont have 'Send as' and 'Receive as' rights on mailbox store ". In this regard, I have assigned "Send as" and "Receive as" rights to Admin user and its mailbox. But still i am facing same error message. I have also given "Full Access" to Admin user, even then same error message is coming. Now I want to ask "how to give 'Send as' and 'Receive as' rights to Admin user on complete Mailbox store ".

Receive-As permission is enough on Mailbox Store to access the mailboxes for import/export. Application was intalled on Exchange server 2007 environment by Administrator. Later I have used the by default administrator user of Exchanger server and assigned the send as, receive as & even Full Access rights to export mails from Exchange server.

It would be best not to use the default administrator as it is also a domain admin which somtimes causes issues when using it on exchange eg. you cant use a domain admin to backup an exchange server 2007 using backup exec. Try create a new user and permission it on exchange.

By copying the administrator, it picks up the same group memberships as the administrator and there for the same issues. create a new user and delegate the permissions from the exchange shell as described in: FAQ: Access on All the Mailboxes of a Server - Exchange 2007 http://exchangeshare.wordpress.com/2008/09/05/faq-access-on-all-the-mailboxes-of-a-server-exchange-2007/ by Amit Tank

Dear Amit, Send as and Receive as issue is resolve. But currently following error is prompting Error Description: The Microsoft Exchange Server computer is not available. Either there are network problems or the Microsoft Exchange Server computer is down for maintenance. [Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store - [MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER(8004011D)]] I have checked the Exchange server computer and Network, there is no issue. Both are accessable.
